Did you know that the Backstreet Boys and Kesha (or is it Ke$ha?) were there? That sounds like a reason to miss it right there. I did catch the final moments on TV, the ball dropping had no real effect on me, but I did have a good laugh at the fact the Kesha didn't know the words to Auld Lang Syne. Look I don't know the words either, but I also don't have to sing it in front of a million people...
I love that you played Monopoly instead of heading to Times Square. You know what you want, and you do it! There's plenty of time to see the ball drop live, if you ever want to. I hope you got Park Place with 2 hotels.
